Refunds (if applicable) Underdog Pets Ltd wants to ensure you are happy with your order. If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us by email sales@underdogpets.com and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to us within 7 days of the delivery of the order. Please e-mail us to arrange a replacement or a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your the order was delieverd, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Perishable goods such as food are non returnable To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) If you are not happy with the size of the product you ordered and would prefer another size we be happy to send you another size if available or a refund if it is out of stock. (We will refund shipping and packaging costs) We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
