For seniors (7+ years) just beginning their raw food journey, start with bone-free chews or softer bones.
Too much bone may lead to constipation.
Always feed bones and chews raw, never cooked.
Handle in the same way that you would any raw product at home and always keep feeding areas clean.
Storage: Keep frozen until use. Defrost in a sealed container on the side for two hours or in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted please use the product within 24 hours. If storing after a chews session, rinse the treat under cold water and store in a sealed plastic bag or container in the fridge.

If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us by email email@example.com and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to us within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
Please e-mail us to arrange a replacement or a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your the order was delieverd, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Perishable goods such as food are non returnable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are not happy with the size of the product you ordered and would prefer another size we be happy to send you another size if available or a refund if it is out of stock. (We will refund shipping and packaging costs) We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
